Delete Your Account & Data

To permanently delete your Instantia account and all associated data, send an email to info@innovedgelabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Steps:

1. Send an email to info@innovedgelabs.com from the email you used to sign up.
2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
3. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials and profile information (name, email, phone, bio, photo, job title, company, skills, social links)
• All conversations and AI chat history
• Your personal knowledge base (context entries, insights, and embeddings)
• People profiles and relationship data you created
• Reminders and follow-ups
• Notification preferences and push notification tokens
• Streak and activity history
• Subscription and billing association (payment details are managed by Stripe and deleted separately)

After account deletion, the following may be retained for a limited period:

• Security and audit logs — retained for 90 days on a rolling basis, then permanently deleted.

Voice recordings are never stored. Audio is transcribed in real time and immediately discarded.

You can delete specific data without closing your account:

• In the app: delete individual knowledge entries, people profiles, reminders, and conversation history directly from the relevant screens.
• By email: to request bulk deletion of specific data categories (e.g., all conversations, all people profiles) while keeping your account active, email info@innovedgelabs.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specify which data you want removed.

We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.
