Terms of Service

By creating an account on Instantia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Instantia is an AI-powered knowledge and relationship assistant provided by Innovedge Labs Inc. The service depends on third-party AI providers. Instantia may be offered through partnerships with conferences or organizations; additional terms may apply.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Instantia. You must provide accurate account information.

Instantia costs $10 CAD per month, billed through Stripe. New accounts include a 7-day free trial with a payment method required. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Your current rate is locked as long as your subscription stays active.

You own everything you input into Instantia. You own AI-generated outputs created through your use of the service. You grant Innovedge Labs a license to process your data solely to provide the service.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AI-generated content is not professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. AI-generated outreach messages should always be reviewed before sending. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

You agree to provide accurate information, to have a lawful basis for storing data about third-party contacts, and to review AI-generated messages before sending them. You must not use the service for harassment, spam, fraud, or any illegal activity.

When interacting with other users through community or networking features, you agree to behave respectfully and not misrepresent your identity or intentions.

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing info@innovedgelabs.com. Your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for third-party service outages, AI inaccuracies, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovedge Labs Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your storage of third-party contact data, or your use of AI-generated content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.

We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
